518 SONGFEST: Feb. 27 at the Egg
Oh, look! It’s three of the Capital Region’s favorite songwriters (plus me) at the Egg for an evening of music and much, much more.
Here are the deets:
“518 Songfest at The Egg is a unique evening of entertainment. Not only will you hear great music from four of the top songwriters in the Capital Area – Bryan Thomas, Ashley Sofia, Benjamin John, and Rhiannons Lark (feat. Alyssa Yeager) – but you’ll also get to learn about their career, their music, and their journey as songwriters. The show also features special appearances by hit songwriter Tim Moore, and area songwriter/producer Sandy McKnight.
“Interview segments, an audience Q&A session, and opportunities to meet and greet the musicians are all part of an exciting evening of great music and great conversation. Hosted by WEXT’s Dave Michaels, CAT’s Sandy McKnight, and Times-Union music writer Andy Gregory.
“Meet and greet during intermission and after the show. A crew from WMHT will be recording the show for airing on their AHA series. The show will raise funds for WMHT/WEXT and Columbia Arts Team.
“Tickets are only $10, and will be available after January 20 at the Egg box office or at www.columbiaartsteam.org.”
And… here’s more from the CRUMBS local music blog.
See ya at the Egg!
