wanted to get there early. because i would be leaving early. to hang. to meet. to greet.

instead: i step in the door. feel like i'm crashing a party. like a big vain dork. noel is friendly. cool. welcoming. but i'm getting knots again. slink into corner. (am i really on the bill? l'il ol' me?)

when i play: b-string don't like the sun. throat don't wanna warm up.

but it's all right. a beautiful day. boston was great. and response is good here, too. and tonight will be wonderful, right?
