28 year old Capital Region native Carl W. Liss has spent the past three years studying film and video at SUNY Plattsburgh. His education includes a year's study in Leeds, England, where he worked on three major films at the Northern School of Film & Television as production manager and assistant director. The author of several feature-length scripts such as Flags & Glory and Shooting Long, Liss wrote Apartment D to be SUNY-Plattsburgh's first ever feature length dramatic piece. He is also the project's producer and director.

21 year old SUNY Plattsburgh mass media major Michelle Quinell has an extensive background in theater and in television production. Recent theater projects include a role as Susan in the 1996 production of Vinegar Tom and participation in the university improvisational group, The Cardinal Players. She is presently executive producer of PSTV, the university television station. Quinell is listed in "Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities"

Grigal came to Plattsburgh after a four year tour of duty with the U.S. Navy aboard a nuclear submarine. It wasn't until he arrived at the SUNY campus that he began to pursue an interest in drama. His many accomplishments in theater and drama since then include participation in the university improvisational group, The Cardinal Players - though some argue that Grigal has done his best improv performances while bartending. Grigal is an education major.
